Kahn's Renga #1

I'll have great hall beef
spinach artichoke flatbread
carrot ginger soup

BLT no A
mediterranean nosh
fennel sausage kale

chinoiserie with
sauvignon blanc, to go, wait
What am I eating?

spontaneously today

If i had a husband
on a sunny Sunday noon
i would force him to grill.

This poem proves that language naturally flows in Haiku.
...or i've been writing too many of them.

4/3/13

Today's haiku is
incognito, secret, hush.
Big bosses are here.

Rush, hurry, faster!
I need more of everything
halfway through lunch rush.

4/2/13

hello, good evening
the many ways to greet you
we're friends please don't go.

from my station I see
people enjoying the sun
run, tease, play... spring.

Cook staff leave at two.
I can see why. Quietly
I wait here for five.
